DAY 01 ARRIVE DELHI
Assistance on arrival at the airport and transfer to the hotel.
Afternoon proceed on a tour of New Delhi visiting the Rashtrapati Bhawan, the one-time imperial residence of the British viceroys; the India Gate, a memorial raised in honour of the Indian soldiers martyred during the Afghan war; the Bangla Saheb Gurudwara, and Gurudwara Rakab Ganj; Qutab Minar, built by Qutub-ud-din Aibek of the Slave Dynasty. Overnight at the hotel.
DAY 02
IN DELHI
Morning after breakfast, sightseeing tour of Old Delhi includes the Mata Sundari Gurudwara (wife of Guru Gobind Singh), the majestic Red Fort, the historical Chandni Chowk and the Gurudwara Sisganj Saheb. Also visit Raj Ghat, where father of the nation - Mahatma Gandhi was cremated. Overnight on board train.
DAY 03
DELHI-CHANDIGARH
In time transfer to Railway Station to board Shatabdi Express for Chandigarh. Assistance on arrival at Chandigarh Railway Station and transfer to the hotel.
Afternoon sightseeing tour of Chandigarh including Rock Garden, constructed almost entirely out of city garbage; Rose Garden 30 landscaped acres containing a variety of 1600 roses; Museum & Art Gallery housing a good collection of sculptures and paintings. Overnight at the hotel.
DAY 04 IN CHANDIGARH
Day return excursion to Anandpur, where the tenth Guru, Gobind Singh, instituted the Khalsa in 1699. Keshgarh Sahib situated at Anandpur is considered to be the birthplace of Khalsa Guru Gobind Singh founded the Khalsa order 1699. Overnight at the hotel.
DAY 05 CHANDIGARH-MANALI
Morning drive to Manali and upon arrival, check-in at the hotel. Set amidst forests of towering cedars, circled by snowy peaks and the unending roar of the Beas River as a constant companion, Manali offers unparalleled opportunities for trekking, nature walks, angling and other winter sports. Overnight at the hotel.
DAY 06 IN MANALI
Day return excursion to Manikaran, which famous for its sulphur springs and also visit Shri Gurunanak Devji Gurudwara over here. Overnight at the hotel.
DAY 07 MANALI-DHARAMSALA
Morning drive to Dharamsala en route visit the Gurudwara at Mandi, situated on the banks of Beas River. Continue your drive and upon arrival check-in at hotel. Overnight at the hotel.
DAY 08 IN DHARASMALA
Morning full day sightseeing tour of Dharamsala.
A beautiful little hill resort, Dharamshala is lying on the other side of Chamba. It is the headquarters of Kangra district. The waterfall of Bhagsunath is within a walking distance. The Dalai Lama, the head of Tibetan Buddhism, who fled Lhasa in 1959, has lived in refuge in this hill town. Overnight at the hotel.
DAY 09 DHARAMSALA-AMRITSAR
Morning drive to Amritsar. Arrive Amritsar and check - in at hotel. Later city tour of Amritsar visiting the famous Golden Temple, a glittering gold and marble temple, which is one of the holiest Sikh shrines. Durgiana Mandir is a temple with a golden dome and silver doors; Jalianwala Bagh has a memorial built in memory of unarmed victims massacred by the British. Overnight at the hotel.
DAY 10 IN AMRITSAR
Day trip to nearby shrines of Tarn Taran and Goindwal.
Evening proceed to the Indo-Pak Wagah border to the flag exchange ceremony. Overnight at the hotel.
DAY 11 AMRITSAR-DELHI-PATNA
Morning transfer to Railway Station to board train for New Delhi. Assistance on arrival at New Delhi Railway Station and transfer to the airport to board flight for Patna. Assistance on arrival at Patna airport and transfer to the hotel. Overnight at the hotel.
DAY 12 IN PATNA
Morning sightseeing tour of Patna including the birthplace of the final Guru, Gobind Singh, Guru Nanak and Guru Tegh Bahadur have visited Patna and thus honored the place. Overnight at the hotel.
DAY 13 PATNA-VARANASI
In time transfer to the Railway Station to board train Shramjeevi Express 1110-1500 hrs to Varanasi. Assistance on arrival at the Railway Station and transfer to hotel. Overnight at the hotel.
DAY 14 IN VARANASI
Enjoy a boat ride on river Ganges. In Varanasi life and various activities revolve around the river. Life begins before dawn when thousands of pilgrims - and devotees - come down to the river to offer early morning prayers. Also visit the famous ghats and enjoy a spectacular view of sunrise from river Ganges.
Later visit The Vishwanath Temple built by the Birlas and was planned by Pandit Madan Mohan Malaviya. The Bharat Mata Temple houses, instead of gods and goddesses, a huge relief map in marble of the whole of Indian subcontinent. The Tulsi Manas Temple, built in 1964, is dedicated to Lord Rama.
Afternoon excursion to Sarnath, the fabled place bear testimony to its great past where Lord Buddha delivered his first sermon to his disciples expounding the principles of Buddhism. Overnight at the hotel.
DAY 15 VARANASI-AGRA
In time transfer to airport to board flight for Agra. Assistance on arrival at the Agra airport and transfer to hotel. Overnight at the hotel.
DAY 16 AGRA-DELHI
Morning proceed for the city sightseeing tour visiting The Taj Mahal, which is entirely made of white marble and its walls are decorated with exquisite stone inlay work. Also visit The Agra Fort makes an interesting sight.
Afternoon drive back to Delhi and upon arrival dinner at one of the restaurants. Later departure transfer to the airport to board flight back home. Overnight at the hotel.
